I facilitated another amazing focus group on the gifts and challenges of aging on Tuesday, this one in-person at the UU church here in Ann Arbor. What an honor it was to sit with this group of true women elders as we laughed, cried and shared our wisdom! We also explicitly explored how their spiritual practice is a support in their aging process.

I'll be scheduling a couple more groups in September, likely on zoom since I have numerous people interested who live out of town. But if you'd like to participate in one, please let me know in the comments! Open to men as well... this one just happened to be all women.
