I am wanting to create a mobile art exhibit that rotates around sites downtown Ypsilanti. The artists that would be exhibiting their creations would be homeless or housing insecure. If you would like to see some of the possible artwork that would be on display visit artonajourney.gallery
This rotating exhibit would not only beautify downtown Ypsilanti but also it may help draw more business downtown.

Free BBQ dinner on Sunday, July 5th at Wheeler Park. We'll begin gathering at 5pm and dinner will be at 6. The meal will be low-key and hosted by Washtenaw Camp Outreach, and MISSION.

Just to let everyone know MISSION will be doing a Sunday meal and meeting at Wheeler Park in Ann Arbor. It will be a summer barbecue type meal. There will also be opportunity to make suggestions on what to do with the Purple House property as we move forward. We will have MISSION membership applications available also. The time will be 5PM for gathering and socializing before the food is served at 6PM and then the meeting at 6:45 or 7 pm.

so it looks like this week due to the governors new mandate we are forced to deliver the dinner to individual houses. brian has graciously volunteered to do all the delivery. if you need dinner please text him or leave a comment below and we will make sure you recieve your meal

We will be having a dinner dropped off at Hill House tomorrow at 3pm by chelsea free methodist church. they will be individually preboxed chicken meals. there will not be a meeting and people will be asked to stay outside due to the viral concerns. there will be rides offered back to homes as well as bus tokens being handed out. please come by and get something to eat.
