Certain behaviors can signal risk for child sexual abuse and understanding them helps you act early to keep kids safe. We’re sharing an infographic that shows what to watch for—whether the behavior may be low, moderate, or high risk—and these behaviors, or grooming, can show up both in person and online situations.

More than 98 million adults in the U.S. have prediabetes.

That’s 1 out of every 3 Americans! Yet, 9 out of 10 people don’t even know they have it. Prediabetes is a serious health condition that raises the risk of Type 2 diabetes and other health problems.

The YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program is a year-long, Centers for Disease Control-based guided lifestyle program for adults at high risk of Type 2 diabetes.

Congrats to our 3v3 champions! 🏀🏆

Over 10 teams brought their best to our March Mania youth tournament in Pinckney and helped us raise over $900 for our mobile sports program, Y on the Fly!
