This message cannot be shared enough. Fraternity membership is more than just social life…

At Chi Phi, Brotherhood is a launchpad for life beyond college.

From the Fraternities Matter data collected by the North American Interfraternity Council (NIC), we’ve learned that fraternity men are 3x more likely to secure internships and 2x more likely to have a job lined up at graduation. They graduate with stronger leadership skills, greater confidence, and a network that opens doors.

That’s what happens when young men are challenged, supported, and surrounded by Brothers who push them to be better.

With your continued support, we can continue to equip Chi Phi men with the tools—and the Brotherhood—they need to succeed long after they leave campus. If you’d like to help ensure the next generation of Chi Phi men find success, please visit chiphitrust.org/donate
