美麗島前進 We are a group of University of Michigan students and alumni, with common goal of promoting Taiwanese cultural and national identity.

Feel free to contact us for any question. 離開了美麗島，我們依然關心她的自主，公義與永續。2014年秋天，密西根的美麗島青年朝實踐公民社會前進。
我們認同民主，基本自由人權，環境永續等普世價值。透過積極關心討論公共議題並實際參與讓我們思辯社會正義，用客觀的歷史認知來建構台灣群體記憶，進而用體諒來化解對立，建立對台灣主體認同。
美麗島前進定期在密西根舉辦''哲學星期五論壇''，安排公民性議題讓參與者在舒適開放的空間理性地討論交流，我們期待拋開政治冷漠，親身討論民主和社會正義。美麗島前進也使用定期播放電影或紀錄片等方式讓提供島外遊子關心公共議題的管道。
