🗣️ Test anxiety shouldn't get in the way of your actual English potential! Because the MET Speaking section uses a highly structured digital interface, it's easy to stay completely relaxed and focus purely on your natural conversational skills.

Here's three practical habits to beat nerves:
1️⃣ Pacing your breath before responding.
2️⃣ Focusing on clear phrasing over speed.
3️⃣ Treating the prompt like a standard workplace meeting.

Save this for your test day preparation!
