We're still looking for a few more volunteers to join us at NAMI Washtenaw County's Water Stop for the Dexter-Ann Arbor Run. We'll have tables set up at Mile 11 of the race with cups of water and Gatorade. As racers run by, we'll quickly pass cups, yelling "Water!" "Gatorade!"

Join us tonight to learn more about becoming a Family-to-Family program leader. We are seeking family members of people with mental health conditions to join our community of trained facilitators. No teaching experience is necessary. We provide the training, skills, and content needed to be an effective class leader. Learn more about what being a program leader involves and get answers to the questions you might have during our online info session from 6-7 p.m.

NAMI’s Family-to-Family program is for family members helping to support a loved one who lives with a mental health condition. The class provides participants with practical information about diagnoses, treatments, crisis navigation, community resources, communication and problem solving strategies, coping skills, and self-care strategies in a supportive environment. As a trained leader, you would share critical information that can be life changing for family members.
