Sometimes the kindest thing we can give ourselves isn't more information. It's a little less noise📱

Our phones help us stay connected, learn new things, and find community. But they can also make it difficult to notice when our minds are asking for a break.

That's why we love the idea of an analog bag: a basket or tote filled with simple, screen-free activities that bring you comfort or joy. A book, a journal, a puzzle, a sketchbook, a cup of tea. Anything that helps you reconnect with yourself.

For those healing, finding moments of safety and calm can be an important part of caring for yourself. While an analog bag isn't a treatment, it can be one small way to create space for rest, grounding, and gentle self-connection🌸

Healing isn't about doing everything perfectly. It's about discovering the little things that help you feel a little more like yourself.

🩷 ThrivHer - Through personalized mentoring and professional development opportunities, our experienced mentors will provide valuable insights, guidance, and encouragement to help mentees build confidence, overcome challenges, cultivate a sense of purpose, and if appropriate, spiritual development. (For women 18+)

🎆 SparkHer - By fostering positive relationships and offering academic support and valuable life skills training, this mentorship program will help build self-esteem, confidence, and leadership skills in a safe space where all mentees are supported on their journey towards personal growth, self-discovery, and resilience. (For girls 12+)
