Sometimes the kindest thing we can give ourselves isn't more information. It's a little less noise📱

Our phones help us stay connected, learn new things, and find community. But they can also make it difficult to notice when our minds are asking for a break.

That's why we love the idea of an analog bag: a basket or tote filled with simple, screen-free activities that bring you comfort or joy. A book, a journal, a puzzle, a sketchbook, a cup of tea. Anything that helps you reconnect with yourself.

For those healing, finding moments of safety and calm can be an important part of caring for yourself. While an analog bag isn't a treatment, it can be one small way to create space for rest, grounding, and gentle self-connection🌸

Healing isn't about doing everything perfectly. It's about discovering the little things that help you feel a little more like yourself.

GREAT NEWS for DV survivors from the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity 🩷

New changes to Michigan’s unemployment insurance law are coming in July.

Laws coming on July 17:
✅ Protections for domestic violence survivors.
✅ Multiple appeal cases can be combined into one hearing before a judge.
✅ People who must repay benefits will have more chances to apply for a waiver.

Laws coming on July 19:
✅ You will need to report at least three work searches each week, up from one today.
✅ More flexibility in Work Share programs.
