Troop 7 Ann Arbor - First Presbyterian

Troop 7 Ann Arbor - First Presbyterian BSA Troop 7 meets 7:30 pm Mondays at the First Presbyterian Church in Ann Arbor. Troop 7 is scout-led, which means the scouts plan the outings.

They also run the meetings, and choose scouts to fill the positions including Senior Patrol Leader, Assistant Senior Patrol Leaders, and Patrol Leaders. Troop 7 has a campout or other activity every month, and we attending Cole Canoe Base every year in the summer

Troop 7 has a rich history–Troop 7 was first formed in March 1918 at the YMCA in Ann Arbor. It then moved briefly to the Methodist Chur

ch and in 1920 to First Presbyterian. About 2000 scouts have been associated with Troop 7 in the last 80 years.

- Troop 7 Scouts are active and work well with each other.
- Troop 7 has a strong network of advancement leaders to help the Scouts achieve merit badges and ranks. We graduate a high number of Eagle Scouts!
- Troop 7 has a strong network of adults to chaperone trips.
- Troop 7 is scout-led. The scouts plan both meetings and activities.
