Sigma Chapter Nupes Achieving in Every field of Human Endeavor. Since 1922 Principle members in its founding were Hurlong Scott, Rudolph T. Ashe, and George R. Dorsey.

The "Almighty" Sigma Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi was founded on February 22, 1922 at the campus of the University of Michigan. Recent accolades include: NPHC Fraternity of the Year, 2011-2012, 2010-2011, Program of the Year 2011-2012, Most Improved GPA 2012
