Avalon Housing Avalon Housing is Washtenaw County's leading supportive housing provider. We build healthy, safe and FRAUD ALERT: Avalon is not a private landlord.

We do not post rental listings for any of our units/properties online. If you encounter anyone attempting to rent an Avalon Housing unit to you through social media or other sites, please notify your local authorities and Avalon at [email protected]. At Avalon, housing is a basic human right. We envision a community in which all our neighbors have stable homes and an opportunity to thrive. Our belief in ‘housing first’ guides us in fulfilling our mission. We help our neighbors find housing and give them support they need to stay in their homes. Permanently affordable housing. A community to belong to. One-on-one services grounded in compassion, dignity and a radical acceptance of all. With these supports, we can end homelessness in Washtenaw County.
