Michigan Refugee Assistance Program

Michigan Refugee Assistance Program Michigan Refugee Assistance Program is a student-led organization that is dedicated to assisting recently resettled refugees in the Ann Arbor area.

Through a partnership with Jewish Family Services, a local refugee resettlement agency, Michigan Refugee Assistance Program acts as a liaison between refugees and University of Michigan students, allowing students opportunities to work with refugees hands-on through several opportunities afforded by Jewish Family Services, including: translation services, cultural competency, and move-in. Michigan

Refugee Assistance Program's primary goal is to assist refugees and to guide them through their new lives in Ann Arbor; In addition, Michigan Refugee Assistance Program hopes to provide a space to humanize refugee.

FINAL CALL TO DONATE!

MRAP, thank you for all of the support you’ve demonstrated already. We have collected the donations pictured above at our drop box plus another ~$200 on venmo! We can now purchase the highly demanded bedding supplies that a few refugee families in our community need.

We need to provide more toiletries and cleaning supplies such as soaps, sponges, and towels. If you have ANYTHING else you can spare, please visit the drop box before 7pm or make a $5/$10 donation to our Venmo: MRAPumich.
