Last year, three young people from our Ann Arbor area were among the winners of the Youth Literary Competition and they had a wonderful, fun and inspiring experience!

This is a great opportunity to write, learn about Polish American history and culture, and have your work recognized!

Open to students in grades 4–12 with entries accepted in English or Polish. The deadline has been extended to September 15, 2026.

The Ann Arbor Polonia Association's Annual Polonia Picnic has been rescheduled to Sunday, August 30, 2026!

Last year we had an amazing time together - great food, wonderful company, lots of laughter, and plenty of fun for the whole family. We can't wait to do it again!

When: Sunday, August 30, 2:00–6:00 PM
Where: Dexter-Huron Metropark – Central Shelter

Food: Grilled Polish sausage and bottled water are included with admission.
Please bring: A side dish to share and a little extra cash to participate in our popular gift basket raffle!

We warmly invite you to a unique series of open lectures with Fr. Chris (Krzysztof) Owczarek, an outstanding biblical scholar, theologian, and missionary.

Fr. Chris, who joins our community every summer, is a scholar of remarkably broad horizons and extensive international experience. He earned his degrees at the prestigious Pontifical Biblical Institute in Rome, served as Deputy Dean at Tangaza University College in Nairobi, Kenya, and currently teaches in Italy. Alongside his academic work, he is deeply committed to humanitarian efforts, supporting and housing street children in Nairobi.

Lecture Series Title: „Exodus as the Foundation Event in the Old and New Testaments”
Time: Tuesdays from 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Yesterday, we had the privilege of hosting an unforgettable concert by Scholares Minores pro Musica Antiqua

We are incredibly proud of these remarkable young musicians. Their talent, hard work, determination, and dedication inspire everyone in the audience.
We also want to express our deepest admiration for their teachers and mentors. Through their passion, patience, and wholehearted commitment, they have helped these young artists develop their extraordinary gifts and achieve such a high level of artistry.

Finally, a heartfelt thank you to our community. Thank you for opening your homes and your hearts to these wonderful guests. Your generosity and hospitality made their visit truly special, and together we created memories that will stay with us for years to come.
