Today is Giving Blueday. Various Career Enhancement funds provided support for 15 students to travel to three different conferences in February and early March. A great experience to meet other students in college media, learn from professionals in the field and bring back valuable information to share with teammates. Thanks to our various Career Enhancement funds we were able to send Avery and Riley from the Michiganensian and Zhane, Fiona, Glenn and Oummu to the ACP conference in Long Beach. This is an amazing opportunity for them to network with others in student media across the country and learn from media professionals. Thanks to all who support these funds. I'm excited to know more about what they've learned and will share with their teams.
