Hello, neighbors! We wanted to provide an update on the upcoming roundabout construction on Nixon Road. Phase 2 of the construction will begin on Monday, March 30th, 2026. For this phase, Nixon Road will be closed to through traffic between Bluett and Traver Boulevard. Limited access for local traffic may be available. This phase of construction is targeted to be completed in July 2026.

Phase 3 will start when Phase 2 is complete. During Phase 3, the northbound traffic will be closed, but the southbound traffic will be open. Phase 3 is targeted to be completed in fall 2026.

Hello, neighbors!

If you did not receive the notice, the city has declared a Snow Emergency effective Sunday, January 25, 2026, at 8 pm. It will end when the plowing is complete. I am not sure how long this will be.

This means there will be no street parking until the plowing is completed and people are notified. This does include our neighborhood streets. They are saying no tickets or towing, unless there is a major issue.

Please use the city's link below for more information. Thank you!
