This is why we do what we do!

While our signature project: the Kiwanis Thrift Sale, is our foundation’s main source of fundraising- our scholarships are funded primarily by private donations from our members, volunteers & friends of Kiwanis. This past fundraising cycle- we received over 65 private donations!

All of the $117,020 raised will support students right here in Washtenaw County- not only with the cost of tuition but other educational expenses like the cost of books and emergency funding to help break down barriers many students face.

The Kiwanis Club of Ann Arbor presented the WCC Foundation a check for $117,020 during Tuesday's luncheon that brought club members together with some of the student recipients of the Kiwanis Finish Line Scholarship.

This morning, members of our organization joined 102.9 W4 Country on air to share about all of the good work happening at Ann Arbor Kiwanis Thrift Sale and to promote joining us as a volunteer or member of Kiwanis Club of Ann Arbor, Michigan!

Summer camp may be over, but the Kiwanis Club of Ann Arbor, Michigan will help ensure it comes back! We're overjoyed to announce that we've been awarded a $2,500 community grant to support Camp Good Grief, our free grief support initiative tailored to children who've faced the loss of a loved one.

This gift was made possible thanks to the donations and sales at Kiwanis Thrift Sale - a heartfelt thank you to the foundation and everyone involved in raising these funds.
