Every family has at least one person who seems to be keeper of the family legends (official and unofficial), have all the best photographs and remember the name of each cousin-twice removed from the three generations back. This is a book list that honors those archivists and the ways that our family stories make up the greater narratives of our communities.

With your support our Silent Reading Parties were able to raise over $200 in support of next summer’s cohort!

It may not sound like much, but it’s the equivalent of gifting each intern a copy of our book club read at the start of the summer, or paying an intern for two of their shifts.

Every little bit helps and we’re so grateful to be in community with each of you. Shout out to our bookstore friends for sharing their space with us. and we couldn’t have done it without you!
