INSULATE ANN ARBOR: This new pilot between the City of Ann Office of Sustainability and Innovations and DTE Energy is offering up to $1 million in combined rebates, to qualified multifamily rental properties installing energy efficiency upgrades. The pilot program, Insulate Ann Arbor, offers rebates for insulation and air sealing upgrades that improve comfort, reduce energy costs, and make multifamily rental buildings healthier, more affordable, and more sustainable.
