Registration is open for our Fall Strength & Athleticism program at KO Fit.

We had an awesome group of Iowa Juniors athletes train with us this spring & summer, and we’re excited to continue the program alongside the upcoming club season.

Our goal is pretty simple:

Move Good. Feel Good. Play Good.

Training will take place 2x/week before practice times, with 30–45 minute sessions focused on strength, mobility, stability and overall athleticism. The goal is to maximize the return on our time together, not just wear them down more.

We’ve included the results from our summer group in the attachment. We are proud of the improvements we saw with the last round of athletes and hope to see similar results in the fall.

September 21st – December 19th | $55/month or $150 for 3 month commitment

Monday/Thursday @ 5:30 or 6:30pm

Tuesday/Friday @ 5:30pm or 6:30pm

Spots are limited to 10–12 athletes per class.

Questions? Just reply to [email protected] and I’ll be happy to help.

We want to provide an update regarding our team announcements.
Although we've passed our original announcement deadline, we've decided to take a little more time to ensure everyone is placed appropriately. Our goal is to create teams that are balanced, competitive, and provide the best experience for everyone involved. Taking this additional time allows us to make thoughtful placement decisions rather than rushing the process.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we finalize everything. We'll announce the teams as soon as the process is complete. Thank you for your continued support.
