Our club had so much fun being part of the Ankeny All City Play Day. We did 190 spin arts with kids. Had Great weather and so much fun! 🌞😎

The Parks and Recreation Department offers a variety of leagues and activities for children ages toddler to 18.

At our December club meeting we heard from LuAnn and Jerry of The Ankeny Klothing Exchange (TAKE). They shared about the purchase of the new building on First Street, remodeling, and the new set up in the much-needed larger spaces. These services are needed more than ever with 18,000 people served in just the last 6 months. Amazing service to the community! Please support TAKE!

The club meeting for Auguat, that was postponed from last week due to thr All Play Day, is tonight at 6:30.

We will review all play day and talk about the state fair booth and upcoming district convention.

NOTICE: the ice fishing event scheduled for this weekend has been canceled for safety due to thin ice. Keep watch for our summer fishing derby coming back in June.
