I'm going to be a Sophomore in High school and onto my third year of Choir as a whole. I've been inside of 4 drama/theatrical shows two of them being as an actor and two being as a tech person. I've been singing for a couple years loving each second of it because it helps express myself in what I do. I've always had an insane idea mindset but it always ends up coming around the corner of success when it takes forever

Come see Lauren Ray at Angola's Got Talent! Trine Furth Center June 20 at 6pm. This is Lauren.

Lauren Ray is 19 years old and about to be a sophomore at Manchester University studying Creative Writing and Music Technologies. Outside of that, she’s a cheerleader, choir member and the Vice President/Social Media manager for MU’s Theatre Society. This is Lauren’s third time singing on the AGT stage but her first time competing in the adult category. This year, she’s singing God Help The Outcasts from The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Lauren is so excited to perform again and hopes to see you there!

Angola's Got Talent June 20, 6PM, at Trine Furth!! This is Champ Banda!

Champ Banda will be performing a saxophone piece. He is 17 years young and enjoys a wide range of music. He plays multiple instruments including alto saxophone, tenor saxophone, chimes and electric guitar. He loves attending Rock Camp and Band Camp each year. He is a state-level gold medalist with ISSMA for solo saxophone. He is currently part of the Baron Brigade and is also involved in Jazz Band and Winter Drumline. He has fun performing in musicals, hanging with his friends and playing D&D.

Angola's Got Talent Spotlight time!! June 20, 6pm at Trine Furth!!

Lydia Roop was born in Decatur, IN, and moved to Angola to attend Trine University in 2020. After graduating in 2024, she stayed in the area to work at Trine University in Marketing, later Student Affairs, and direct the theatre productions at Trine. In her (limited) free time, she loves to perform in community theatre shows and paint in her craft room.

Today's spotlight for Angolas Got Talent shines on Elise And Savanah Baker. These sisters will be performing on stage at Angola's Got Talent June 20 at 6pm, at Trine Furth Center for performing arts.

Elise is 15 years old and was in competitive gymnastics for 5 years and is currently in competitive dance for her second year. She loves to dance, play outside with her sisters and take care of her bunnies, her cat and snake.
Savanah is 11 and is currently in competitive gymnastics for her third year. She also helps care for her animals, play outside and make up dance routines with her sisters.
