📖 Day 2: Stay Close

There is a difference between knowing about someone and actually knowing them.

The same is true with Jesus.

Abiding in Christ is not about checking religious boxes. It is about staying close to Him because you love Him and know that life apart from Him is not truly life.

When you stay near to Christ, He changes you from the inside out. His character begins to shape your character. His priorities become your priorities.

Abiding is not a burden.

It is an invitation.

And it may be the most important thing you do today.

📖 "So now, little children, remain in him..." (1 John 2:28 CSB)

🤔 Reflection: Has your relationship with Jesus become routine, or are you intentionally pursuing closeness with Him?

🙏 Lord, draw me closer to You today. Teach me what it means to truly abide in You. Amen.

📖 Day 1: You Are More Than Your Story

It is easy to let life define you. Your job title, your past mistakes, the opinions of people around you, and the roles you play every day can feel permanent.

But God's Word tells us something far more powerful.

When you surrender your life to Jesus Christ, you are not just forgiven. You are adopted. You become a child of God, and that identity does not change with your circumstances or failures.

The God who created the universe calls you His own.

Today, don't build your life on achievements, reputation, or your worst moment. Build it on who God says you are.

You are a child of God. Live like it.

📖 "See what great love the Father has given us that we should be called God's children-and we are!" (1 John 3:1 CSB)

🤔 Reflection: What are you allowing to define your worth besides your identity in Christ?

🙏 Father, thank You for calling me Your child. Help me rest fully in who You say I am. Amen.

Jesus didn't tell us to love only the people who love us back. He told us to love our enemies.

That's what makes the gospel so radical and so transformative.
