“Faith Community Health Clinic will reopen on Wednesday April 7th and April 21st from 4:30 pm until 7:00 pm for people who live in Steuben County and have no health insurance. A limited number of appointments will be available on these evenings. To make an appointment call 260-665-3146 and leave a message requesting an appointment and phone number for a return phone call to confirm the appointment. A photo ID, proof of residency in Steuben County and proof of income is required.”

This was a good day at Faith Community Health Clinic as we held the first pediatric dental clinic in collaboration with the Angola Well Child Clinic. A special “thank you” to all who made this possible: Viki Anderson, Mary Fachett, Penny Shoal, Tom Adamson and Carolyn Davis.

To clarify a post from Friday, the clinic is closed indefinitely due to the pandemic. We will reopen when conditions are favorable for us to do so. If you are in need of help through this closure please reach out to us through a phone message or email through the website.

To update all of you: the Faith Community Health Clinic is closed indefinitely at this time due to the pandemic. If you are in need of help please call the clinic at 260-665-3146 and leave a detailed message for us with a return number and one of our volunteers will reach out to you. You may also contact us through our website: www.faithhealthclinic.org
You must leave a return email address in order for us to communicate in this manner. If you are in need of emergency care please visit Urgent Care or the Cameron Hospital Emergency Care. We will post again as soon as more details are available.

The Holy Family Episcopal Church will be closed for the next three weeks. Therefore the Faith Community Health Clinic will also be closed on Wednesday evenings, March 18, 25 and April 1. We will post further updates.

The clinic WILL BE CLOSED this evening, Wednesday, February 26 because of the inclement weather. Stay home and stay safe. We will be open again next Wednesday, the 4th of March.
