We are at the end of our journey with Boom and although I’m so excited for whoever she sells to, I will miss my girl. She has grown leaps and bounds from the heifer she was when I first got her, both in and out of the show ring. She has matured into a calm and gentle girl and will make an amazing addition to any herd.

I had the honor and privilege of receiving a Texas Longhorn Breeders Gulf Coast Association scholarship! It has truly been a blessing and I could not be more thankful for all the people who have supported me in my longhorn career. 💛

Boom and I had an amazing time in Houston this past weekend! We got to talk to so many people and give them the opportunity to learn more about the longhorn breed. From “which are girls and which are boys?” to “what are the numbers on the hips?” We love answering everyone’s questions and Boom enjoyed everyone petting and getting to know her.

Chick-a got second in class for the youth show and first in class in the open show. I could not be more proud of her progress and I can’t wait to see how she continues to grow! See us at our next show February 28th in La Grange 💛
