Since 1955, National Farm-City Week has celebrated farmers and highlighted agriculture’s role as the backbone of local, state, and national economies. Each year, the Kiwanis and Cooperative Extension Service honor achievements in agriculture, education, and community development. This morning, the Kiwanis Club of Angier, North Carolina helped serve Harnett County sweet potato pancakes 🥞 and scramble dozens of eggs. 🥚 Such a wonderful event to showcase the partnership between Kiwanis and the Harnett County Cooperative Extension 👨🌾
