The National Capital Region's Total Force Development Council has expanded
their professional development program and is now offering personnel at
Joint Base Andrews an opportunity to learn during their lunch hour.

The first offering is Today Matters and is scheduled to start 11 Jul 19 and
concludes 8 Aug 19. The class will meet once a week on Thursdays at
1130-1230 at the 11th Contracting Squadron Conference Room at 1349 Lutman
Drive on Joint Base Andrews. In the book, John C. Maxwell describes success
as a process rather than an achievement. He urges readers to adjust their
daily routines in order to cultivate healthy habits that will help them win

March Leadership Madness is also getting ready to break loose with programs at Joint Base Andrews Community Commons, SMART Center and Pentagon for your leadership development, be on the look out for these great opportunities for you! The 10 Aug 18 "Everyone Communicates, Few Connect" course is back on! An instructor came through. Smart Center, 0800-1600.

8 Aug 18 Event cancelled.
Unfortunately we were unable to secure an instructor for this Friday's "Everyone Communicates, Few Connect" class. We are an all-volunteer group and multiple tdys and deployments have cut our options drastically for the moment. We are in the midst of planning for changes that will revitalize the TFDC, but for now we are unable to provide the level of performance we demand for ourselves.

Here are the events scheduled for 2018. We had to take a strategic pause when we had a complete turnover in leadership, combined with TDYs, but we are regrouping and will be charging ahead asap.
