Reminder that registration for the Spring 2026 season begins Tuesday the 24th in the Andover High Media Center. If you are an Oak View Middle School or Andover High School student you are eligible to shoot on the team. Coaching staff will be available to answer questions about the program, Boosters will be there to answer registration questions and get you signed up. The Booster club can now process payments with a card on site Tuesday only (5% processing fee applied at time card processing)
If you cannot make it to the meeting, registration forms will be available at the schools.

Information night for the Spring 2026 season will be held In the High School library / media center on Tuesday, February 24th at 6:30pm. Registration will open at that time as well. Coming up in October is the AIM Online Handicap Championship! Shoot 100 registered Handicap targets on October 4-5 or October 11-12 to be automatically entered. Don't forget to make sure you AIM membership is up to date!

Registration for the Fall season has begun. The boosters will be at the open house at the high school Tuesday the 26th from 5-7 with registration forms and to answer any questions. Come by and say hi and get registered. If you can’t make it email [email protected] and we will send you the forms.
Team registration closes on September 4th. All forms MUST be received by 6:30pm to be registered.

Gavin Gindele had a pretty awesome day yesterday at the Minnesota Youth Shotgun Association Grand Championship. For the second time a Grand Champion trophy came to Andover, as Gavin shot his first ever 75 straight to win the Jr. Gold category with a 98 x 100. Great work Gavin!
Good to see former athletes still shooting too and we met a new shooter for the team as well. These events are great to continue growing youth shooting.

Good luck to Andover’s Gavin Gindele this weekend. He earned a spot to compete for the Grand Championship at the Minnesota Youth Shotgun Association event being held at Del-Tone Sunday, August 10th.

Here is the qualifiers list for the Grand Championship Sunday the 10th at Del-Tone. Congratulations to all of the shooters that qualified in each category. We look forward to seeing everyone Sunday to shoot it out and crown a Geand Champion.
Remember all are invited as we will run two events this weekend concurrently.

The Fall season is rapidly approaching and the Booster club and Coaches are working hard to get the calendar set and registration information together. Look for us at the open house night at the High School for registration forms or to answer questions about the program.
This season we are happy to announce we are opening registration to middle school athletes on a limited basis. We are running a pilot to see how this goes with a limit of two squads of Middle School Shooters with siblings of current athletes having priority on a first come, first served basis. If there are not enough siblings, registration will be open to all Middle School athletes on a first come, first served basis.
I am also looking for RSO's to help with the season and am working on a date to hold a class. If you are interest in becoming an RSO, please contact us.

Come out and shoot and support an awesome organization. This is one of the only fundraisers for this organization for the year, please consider supporting if you can. They do a lot to support youth shooting.

YOUTH SHOOTERS! Due to popular demand we have CHANGED our format for this Sunday's shoot and made it a combination POP-UP Chain Shoot AND concurrent Grand Championship Event and fundraiser!

What does that mean?

1. All ATA youth shooters up to age 22 can compete on Sunday
2. Singles & Handicap targets will be thrown (100 each as usual)
3. Cost is $36/100 targets plus $4ATA & $MTA daily fees
4. If you have qualified for the Grand Championship and shoot on Sunday, you'll be eligible for trophies in both the Open Category and the special Grand Championship Category with one score!

FAMILY MEMBERS & FRIENDS -- Due to the increased size of the shoot we could really use some help scoring rounds. If you'd be willing to help us out by scoring, even for a little while, would you please let me know?
