Andover Volunteer Fire Department The Andover Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. (AFD) is a nonprofit 501C3 stand-alone organization.

Its primary objective it to provide emergency medical services, fire protection services and rescue/hazardous material services.

Prevention Week comes to a close, please change the batteries in your smoke/CO detectors if you haven't already. Also, please check the dates on those detectors and if they are 10 years or more old, consider replacing them. Detectors do go bad with time and most are rated for only ten years.
