We Are The World Kids

We Are The World Kids We envision a world where all children have the opportunity to pursue their dreams through education. In 2013, we will begin working on PROJECT TANZANIA.

Our goal is to build reading corners in the Mtwara region in Tanzania for pre and primary schools. Help us raise funds to build reading corners for the Chikongola, Lilungu, Mbuo, and Nanguruwe schools! The schools vary by enrollment size from 47-75 students. The reading corners will give the students more space and resources to study with, especially since there is one teacher in each school and m

any students sit on mats. Our goal is to promote the value of education. Our first project, PROJECT CAMBODIA, was completed in 2012. We were able to build a library in the Kauk Rovieng village in Cambodia. The village has a middle school for grades 7, 8 and 9 (cambcamb.org) and there are 170 students total in the entire middle school, so it is difficult for them to study with only four rooms available for their use. The library provides extra space and resources for these students to study and learn.
