Once again Vermont's justice system failed our Kyleigh and my daughter. They chose to parole ADS to North Carolina to live with his mother which he was doing before he murdered Kyleigh, just for reference. She is just as much an enabler as he is a manipulative addict and alcoholic. Pray for us!

Less than a month ago we received a notice regarding ASD asking for parole on the 22nd of May. There will be a Microsoft teams meeting around 11am. Once again our family has to suffer this murderer and this time he may get furlough or parole. He wants to live with his enabling mother down south; we don't want that! We want parole and furlough rescinded. WE WANT JUSTICE! So far as I'm concerned my statement during court proceedings stands. If we got a life sentence, then so does he!

Good morning! It's a windy day here today and I've been thinking of our lil ladybug...I don't post usually because we've been extremely busy with ALL the family but this weekend has been a bit rough. Most of you don't realize it's been 9 almost 10 years since Kyleighs murder. Her murderer is still in medium security in the PA prison system, they won't let us know exactly where. Keep in mind he serves 15 years for manslaughter, not 2nd degree murder like he should have, and 1 to 15 for aggravated assault, that means in 6 to 21 years he could be out on parole. I'm informing you so that a stand can be taken against these heinous crimes and laws put into place federally because statewide justice doesn't exist. We miss her terribly and grieve daily but as I tell her siblings "life is for the living, love your sister and live your life for her". Thank you all for your consistent support and positive comments. I will try to respond more often and in time we will have things going on to celebrate her life. Again, God Bless all of you and Happy Holidays!!

Today, I found out he is going to Mississippi to serve his time this October 2018. It's been 8 years since he murdered Kyleigh Mae. Although everyday has its ups and downs, each day is a blessing that I'm still here to help her mother, father, and siblings to cope, get through, and live to love each other stronger day in and day out! We live life in the now, celebrate hers and her uncle's birthdays, in order to honor their lives!! Don't forget to tell those you love that you love them every night...listen to your heart because sometimes it whispers...with much love her Mamie.

March 9th, 2017 is tomorrow and Kyleighs' 8th Birthday! Another year that we don't get to spend with her, to celebrate with her, or to cuddle, love, and kiss her!
We do not dwell on her murder ADS, who is in Michigans' medium security prison because Vermont outsources their prisoners, but we do celebrate her birthday!!!
This will be the 7th year without Kyleigh and though it hurts our hearts; we stay strong. The cousins, all seven of them, come to sing Happy Birthday to Kyleigh, Mom reads her favorite bedtime story, and then we celebrate by letting balloons go in her memory! We cry, we laugh, and we hug our little ones that much closer knowing Kyleigh is there with us!
You are never far from our thoughts LadyBug and your sisters and brother, cousins love you lots and lots! As for me, well, I'm Mamie so of course I'm always there for hugs and loves even if we are apart, for now! Let your uncle know, well I'm sure he does already but, let him know we love him too and thank him for taking such good care of you!
March 18, 2010 ADS is in prison, sentenced in 2012, August 29 to 25 years for Manslaughter and 1 to 15 for aggravated assault! Pray he stays in for the whole time!!!
It's so hard to see cyber criminals get life without parole when this murderer may get out before the 25 year mark! Pray, Pray, Pray!!!

~ Mamie ~ This Easter was a very rough one with all the grandchildren except Kyleigh Mae McDaniel, our light after her Uncle Juctin was killed in Iraq. I was thinking and thinking and thought how I'm absolutely dismayed, perplexed really, at the way the justice system handles a child's death. Manslaughter and Aggravated assault with a possibility of 30 years to serve when Kyleigh didn't even get one year and a month of her life to live? Should be a death sentence for Alexander David Stolte, not a plead out! We didn't even get what we thought was a fair sentence, but the judge and DA did. Let's just add that she was sexually abused, by an object, but because they couldn't prove it was him, they decided not to pursue that avenue. Really! Don't pursue a charge because you can't prove through DNA that it happened, but you know it did, and he was the only one sitting because my daughter was at work not feeding off the welfare system? My point is an eye for an eye each and every time a child is harmed or murdered! No life for you if they lost theirs because of you! There are too many missing children being found in their own house's backyard these days! Stand up for what's right, save the children here in our country, and keep liking this page...I hope to get 10K likes or more to keep this going for the children like Kyleigh! For those of you who have pointed a finger at Kyleigh's mom, keep this in mind, she didn't do it, she wasn't there, and she thought she could trust him. She never would have abused or murder her own child. Ask HIS mother what happened in her life because she was caught with drug paraphernalia, had her kids taken away, and all this told to me by her. She knew what he was like, that he was in foster care, and had serious anger issues but never told us. He couldn't even get a job! Nobody, in our family, ever saw this coming from him. His mother knew differently and kept it to herself!! That is abuse, that is keeping knowledge from a parent who needed it.

On March 9th @ 12:16pm, Kyleigh came into this world...We celebrate her life on her birthday, our precious gift given to us for a very short time! We had cake pops in ladybug fashion and let red and black balloons go in her memory! Thank you all who participated this day in the balloon release and thank you to my dearest daughter, MacKenzie Marie Wright, who made the cake pops and read the story to Kyleigh!

Mark the day, March 9th will be a day to celebrate the life of our lady bug, Kyleigh Mae McDaniel! Get some red and black balloons and let them go that day at 12:16pm...we will be doing the same. The colors represent lady bugs as it was her rooms theme and her favorite stuffed toy! 💗
