This is now the third court ruling for a federal union contract to be restored. Our time will hopefully be coming NTEU Chapter 68 members!

The VA is likely to appeal the decision, and an appeals court recently found similar retaliation claims unconvincing in a separate case.

If you do have a telework agreement, please make your request to your manager for unscheduled telework based on the pre-event notification.

Despite an arbitrator finding that HUD's return-to-office orders violated its collective bargaining agreement, AFGE expects the agency to appeal the decision.

Donna Talbott retired from the IRS in September and says she is still waiting for vacation and pension payments. She’s living on limited funds and hopes federal delays will be resolved soon.
