Our time will come. It’s not a matter of if, it’s a matter of when. The federal court system takes a very long time, but rest assured that NTEU is always in your corner and always fighting for federal employees.

In a unanimous decision, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit kept the largest collective bargaining agreement covering Department of Veterans Affairs employees in place.

This is now the third court ruling for a federal union contract to be restored. Our time will hopefully be coming NTEU Chapter 68 members!

The VA is likely to appeal the decision, and an appeals court recently found similar retaliation claims unconvincing in a separate case.
