Tonight marked a huge milestone for The Crossing High School – Anderson as we hosted our very first Prom solely as the Anderson campus. 🔥

From the decorations, to the atmosphere, to seeing everyone dressed up and representing themselves well, it was a night our campus can be proud of. Our students looked incredible tonight, and it was awesome to see so many of them step outside of their everyday environment and experience something designed specifically for them.

Events like this take a tremendous amount of work, planning, preparation, and people willing to pour into students beyond the classroom. A huge thank you goes out to our staff and Prom Committee for the countless hours, creativity, effort, and dedication that went into making tonight happen. Your work did not go unnoticed, and this event would not have been possible without each of you.

Regardless of the challenges that can come with putting together something of this magnitude, we are grateful for the opportunity to continue creating experiences, memories, and traditions for our students here at Anderson.

Tonight was another step forward for our campus, our culture, and the vision we have for what The Crossing can continue becoming. ❤️

We pray the Lord continues to bless our students, our staff, and this campus as a whole. Nights like tonight are a reminder of how far God has brought us, and we are thankful for His hand over every moment, every memory made, and every life being impacted along the way. ❤️

Prom 2026 — the first of many. ✨

We want to give a huge thank you to everyone who came out tonight to support our Family Night fundraiser at Mancino’s Pizza & Grinders! Seeing families, students, staff, and community members come together to support our school and help raise funds for our Seniors was truly a blessing. Your support means more than you know, and nights like tonight continue to show the strength of our Crossing community.

We would also like to sincerely thank Mancino's Pizza & Grinders of Anderson for partnering with us and allowing us to host this fundraiser through their establishment. Your generosity and support of our students are greatly appreciated.

Lastly, a special shoutout to Mr. Bellamy for organizing this event for his Senior class and helping create opportunities for students to make lasting memories together. We appreciate the time, effort, and care that went into making tonight such a success!

Today was more than a Signing Day. Today was a reflection of what it means to be RELIT.

At The Crossing, we believe in prioritizing RELATIONSHIPS, practicing EMPOWERMENT, demonstrating LOVE IN ACTION, modeling INTEGRITY, and regarding the TRUTH — and today, we watched those values come to life through Cody, Jesse, and Carter.

These young men officially signed on for full-time employment and internship opportunities with our incredible Work-Based Learning partner, Gaylor Electric, and we could not be more proud of how far they have come in their journey.

Each of them has faced challenges, adversity, setbacks, and moments where quitting would have been easier. But through relationships built with staff, mentors, peers, and partners like Gaylor, they stayed the course. They allowed themselves to be empowered, accepted accountability and truth, and continued showing up day after day with grit, growth, and determination.

More importantly, we have had the privilege of watching God move in their lives. Watching confidence replace doubt, purpose replace uncertainty, and opportunity replace limitation has been a powerful reminder that God is still writing stories of redemption, growth, and transformation.

This moment is not just about employment paperwork or internships. It is about transformation. It is about young men realizing their value, discovering purpose, and stepping boldly into the future God has prepared for them.

Jeremiah 29:11 says, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

Today was a glimpse of that future.

To Cody, Jesse, and Carter — thank you for trusting the process, believing in yourselves, and continuing to push forward even when life was difficult. Your growth has been inspiring, and we are incredibly proud of the men you are becoming.

And to Gaylor Electric — thank you for believing in our students, investing in their future, and helping provide opportunities that create lasting impact far beyond the classroom.

We would also like to extend a huge thank you to Mr. Josh Wagner for the incredible leadership, mentorship, and support he continues to provide to our students through Gaylor Electric. His knowledge, wisdom, character, and willingness to invest in young men and women have made a lasting impact on the participants we serve and have played a major role in strengthening the relationship between The Crossing High School-Anderson and Gaylor Electric. We are truly grateful for all that he does and look forward to continuing this partnership for years to come.

Today was a reminder that when relationships are prioritized, truth is embraced, and people are empowered through love and purpose, lives can truly be transformed.
