Grace Horizon

Grace Horizon Our approach to anti-trafficking is two-generational, trauma-informed, survivor centered and led.

A community of survivors in Central Indiana supporting each other in recovery from violence and exploitation, including human trafficking and s*xual exploitation. We believe healing from violence and exploitation happens through relationship, resource support, and recovery. Our community continually grows in the four turns toward grace: healthy boundaries and self care, generosity, stability, and

healthy spirituality. Formerly known as Stripped Love, our community started as a ministry under the leadership of Dr. Kimberly Majeski who felt called to develop relationships with women who were working in the s*x industry. Through that experience, she discovered much about domestic s*x trafficking and the needs of the most vulnerable in our community. The foundation she built with her team put our organization in a beautifully unique place because the participants in our community trust that we love and care for them deeply. The organization has now grown in such a way that survivors are stepping into leadership roles, and other survivors are taking courageous steps toward recovering from lives of violence and exploitation.

Sometimes we forget this!

We over-explain, defend our choices, or make ourselves smaller just to keep the peace. Here’s your reminder to be gentle with yourself. You don’t have to justify every decision or prove anything to anyone. You’re allowed to choose what supports your peace, your healing, and who you’re becoming without offering an explanation.

Keep choosing you.

"Rest is not something I have to earn; it is a vital part of my healing, growth, and recovery."

Trauma often teaches people to stay on high alert, making rest feel uncomfortable or undeserved. Healing involves learning that rest is not laziness or weakness—it is a necessary act of caring for yourself. Every time you allow yourself to pause, restore, and recharge, you are supporting your recovery and honoring your worth.

Happy Saturday everyone 🫶

“Healing is not about becoming who trauma tried to destroy — it’s about becoming the person you were always meant to be. Be great anyway!"

This reminds us that trauma may shape parts of our story, but it does not define our worth, purpose, or future. Recovery is not about proving strength to others — it is about reconnecting with the person underneath the pain. Choosing to “be great anyway” means continuing to grow, heal, and believe in yourself despite what you have been through. It is a reminder that resilience, hope, and healing can still rise from even the hardest experiences. Now let's go be great 🫶♥️💪🏼 Happy Saturday everyone ♥️

Many survivors of s*xual violence face barriers to mental health support, including stigma, cost, lack of access, fear of not being believed, and systems that are not trauma-informed. Survivors deserve safe, affordable, culturally responsive care that supports healing without judgment.

“Recovery reminds me that my value was never lost, even in the moments trauma made me question it.”

Recovery has a way of uncovering truths that trauma tried to hide. When someone experiences trauma, it can create deep feelings of shame, self-doubt, and unworthiness, making them question their value and identity. This is a reminder that a your worth is never destroyed by what you have endured. Healing helps survivors reconnect with the truth that they have always deserved love, safety, respect, and compassion — even in the moments when pain made that difficult to believe. Happy Saturday everyone! Enjoy the day and God bless 🫶♥️😊

"I deserve safe love and safe spaces"

This quote reminds us that healing includes learning to accept relationships and environments built on respect, honesty, and emotional safety. Survivors are often taught to normalize fear, control, or instability, but recovery helps us to rebuild the understanding that real love does not harm, manipulate, or silence. Remember that safety is not too much to ask for — it is a basic human need and an important part of healing.

Happy Saturday everyone 🫶

Progress isn’t always a straight line. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is pause, reassess, and choose a different approach; without abandoning what matters to you.

You can honor the dream and still change the method.

“I am allowed to pause when my inner world feels loud; healing lives in that pause.”

Internal experiences like fear, anxiety, or urgency often come from past conditioning rather than present reality. These feelings can feel powerful and real, but they don’t always require action. By recognizing them as “echoes,” you create space between stimulus and response, allowing choice instead of reaction. Healing grows in that space, where you learn to respond with intention, self-awareness, and compassion rather than being driven by old survival patterns 😊 Happy Saturday everyone! Enjoy the day and God bless ❤️🫶🌈
