Ray’s Journey Packs

We’ve had a few people ask if we will be doing Journey Packs this year.

We will be doing them, however, with the cost of supplies increasing we want to reach out to the organizations we have in mind to figure out their needs and estimate the costs. Once we’ve done this we will reach out for support. We will be posting by April 1st.

The fundraiser will run from April through the end of July, like last year. ☺️

Well after almost 2 long months of our items being on back order we were refunded the full amount. So we made a trip out today so we could finish our first aid kits for Grace Horizon. ❤️😅

We would like to thank Grace Horizon for their patience as it has been a lot harder this year to get supplies in than it was last year. Just happy we were finally able to fulfill our promise. 🥰

I’m taking down the Ray’s Journey Packs FB fundraiser. We’ve met our initial goal of 60 packs. We will continue to collect if more people are interested in contributing. Please contact me via messenger, text or email.

AN AIR QUALITY ACTION DAY HAS BEEN DECLARED...
The officials at the Indiana Department of Environmental
Management have called for an Air Quality Action Day on
Tuesday...June 21 for the following Indiana counties...
Carroll...Tippecanoe...Howard...Boone...Hamilton...Madison...
Delaware...Hendricks...Vigo...Shelby...Greene...Brown...
Bartholomew...Knox...Daviess.

This Air Quality Action day will be in effect from 1200 AM to
1159 PM.

An Air Quality Action Day means that a combination of the high
temperatures, light winds, and other factors, are expected to
produce conditions where high levels of ozone emissions may exceed federally mandated standards.
Here are some recommended actions that the public can take to reduce ozone forming emissions:

* Walk, bike, carpool or use public transportation.
* Avoid using the drive-through and combine errands into one trip.
* Avoid refueling your vehicle or using gasoline-powered lawn
equipment until after 7pm.
* Turn off your engine when idling for more than 30 seconds.
* Conserve energy by turning off lights or setting the air
conditioner to 75 degrees or above.
