Madison County Extension Homemakers Plant Sale is now open at the 4H Fair in Alexandria! We are located just outside the Kiwanis Building by the basketball courts. We look forward to seeing you there!

Good morning friends! We hope you all are putting the final touches on projects for the fair. The more we do at the fair the more visible we are and this helps bring light to Home Extension.

We have not had as many businesses donate to the plant sale this year so be sure to bring plants, bulbs and herbs! Irises always are a big seller! Be sure to state what they are, color and how to care for them.

Non- perishable items - Monday , July 27, 10a-6p

Perishable items - food, flowers, vegetables - Tuesday, July 28, 7:30a-9a

FOOD AUCTION - Tuesday evening at 6p in the exhibit hall. All food entries are auctioned and proceeds fund the Lula Boone Scholarship. So besure to enter your tasty pies, cookies, breads, rolls, candies so we have lots of goodies for the auction!
