An awesome cat.
He loves attention, but he is still working on learning his own terms! He loves pets, scratches and following you around the house, but he isn’t a fan of being picked up. He will greet you by the door like a dog.
Gator is VERY food motivated!! Will literally eat anything and everything, but stays off the counters when you’re cooking. You can get him to do just about anything for food!
He would like a home with a kitty friend or two because he loves to play. He doesn’t quite understand boundaries because he literally wants to be everyone’s friend, so he pushes the boundaries a bit and doesn’t understand space when other cats need it but that is something he will definitely grow out of as he gets more interaction with cats.
Gator loves to play!! With toys, his shadow, the invisible mouse, all of it! He is active and doesn’t like to sit still. Lots of stimulation is required!
He’s pretty messy with his litter box but he is completely trained. No accidents or spraying!
🐾 Woodrow (3 Years Old)- available for Foster To Adopt / Need a new Foster urgently
White and grey, long hair very handsome big boy. People-oriented cat. He is a very petable cat, but not used to being picked up.
He is lawful, friendly once comfy.
Likes watching out windows, soft beds, cat trees and tall scratching posts.
He was rescued as a kitten in July of '23. He has not been outside since he was rescued..
🐾 Courage (4 Years Old)
Very handsome big long-hair brown tabby!
This sweet boy has been with our rescue for a while (several months..), easily overlooked because he is very shy.
Courage is an observer. He is a sweetie pie who is curious and very intelligent, but definitely takes things at a slow pace. He is a soft-spoken boy who may take time to warm up to new people.
If you have been looking for peaceful companionship and quiet moments, Courage boy is for you!..
🐾 Jed (8 Years Old):
Sweet and charming blue tabby boy. Soft quiet manners. People-oriented. Shy at first but deeply affectionate. One-cat household.
He surrendered due to his owner's life circumstances.
He deserves a chance to be loved again.
🐾 Leyla (9 Months Old)
Young and very sweet long hair brown tortoiseshell Leyla girl is looking for her Foster or Forever home!
Leyla girl is gentle, friendly, and curious.
She was returned by her previous owners (they have too many pets to take care of..)
She’s a sweet, shy girl who seems confused by
her new situation. But, it won't take her long to warm up.
Brown tortoiseshell female cats are known to form intense, devoted bonds with their chosen humans, often acting like a shadow.
Leylia hasn't been spayed yet. The rescue is planning to spay her soon.
Foster home would be a great option for her. It would allow her to recover after she gets spayed, and would prepare her for a new forever home.
Foster to Adopt option would allow her to live at her potential future owner house while she is being spayed.
🐾 Neema (2 Years Old)
Cuddly, affectionate cat, who craves connection with her human:
Neema loves to be petted, to sit with her foster while she reads or watches TV, Neema gives love forehead to forehead with her foster.
She was a kitty out on her own when a good citizen took her in so that she could have a warm, safe place to give birth to her kittens.
Alaska Krazy Kats cat rescue then stepped in to help find homes for all of her kittens.
Her momma days are now behind her for good, and she is ready to find a family of her own to love and be loved by.
Neema needs a human with whom she can feel safe: patience and a gentle approach to build her trust.
🐾 Lucky (4 Years Old)
Lucky Figalo is a beautiful orange and black tortoiseshell girl.
She is a super snuggly sweetheart, who loves to be close to her people.
She is a very social girl who loves attention and isn't afraid to ask for it. She loves to be close to you on your lap with lots of rubbing and rolling around to show her appreciation.
She has a big personality and a definite point of view. She has a bit of "tortie-tude" and would be best in a home with experienced cat parents.
She is really looking forward to a forever home! Are you it?
🐾 Sammy (3 Years Old)
Wonderful girl who has been with our rescue for a while (over a year), easily overlooked because she is shy.
Her playful, loving personality will shine through as she gets adjusted to your home.
Sammy loves attention, wet food, playtime, squishy beds. And she is great with other kitties. She has not been around dogs.
Sammy is one of those cats who wants to engage but is too hesitant.
🐾 Larry (6 Years Old):
Fluffy Lynx Point Siamese big boy.
He has the biggest fluff of a tail you've ever seen and a laid-back attitude.
OTHER CATS/DOGS/KIDS:
Larry loves people and dogs after an adjustment period but dislikes other cats.
PERSONALITY INFORMATION:
He is highly intelligent, intensely people-oriented, can coexist with dogs, and prefers to be the only feline ruler of the house.
SKILLS/LITTER TRAINED STATUS: he keeps his area clean, as he is litter trained.
MEDICAL:
Please, note that Larry has a history of a blocked urinary tract (a few years ago). He is on a CD prescription diet for life (permanent prescription urinary wet or dry food to keep crystals from forming in his bladder).
Larry would need a dedicated owner who is ready for a little bit extra responsibility: Prescription Diet, Add More Water, Keep Stress Low, Watch the Litter Box.
