Greetings, PASA Family! Just want to provide a status update on our upcoming Over 30 Basketball League:

1. Thank you to the two teams that paid before the deadline; all other teams that will be registering NOT LATER THAN October 4th will be paying the regular registration fee of $2,000.

2. This season, we will be in need of volunteers to run our official’s table. If you or anyone you know would like to volunteer (they will be paid by the hour), let us know asap so we can have a pool of volunteers that we can schedule throughout the season. We will need at least two volunteers per game every Sunday.

3. We need six (6) teams at least to get this league going. If anyone else is looking for a team, let us know asap.

4. Our insurance policy for this year has increased. With that being said, if you know of anyone who are willing to support by sponsoring this upcoming league, please send them our way. We will absolutely advertise their business every time we can and possibly add their logo into the trophy as well.

I know it’s a lot to digest but we just want to provide this update for full transparency. Thank you all for your support and patronage and hope we can get this league up and running soon! 🤙🏽🇺🇸🇵🇭🙏🏽

Hello PASA Community! Just a reminder that tomorrow is the deadline to avail for the discounted registration fee ($1800 instead of $2000), if you register your team by tomorrow.

Thank you!

Hello Pinoy Ballers! Just a reminder that deadline to register your Over 30 Bball team and avail for the registration discount is 11 days away! Don’t hesitate to reach out for any questions..our goal is to have at least 6 teams for this league. Thank you!

Hello Bball Teams, it’s September 1st and past the deadline for sending your team’s intent to join an Over 35 league that’s proposed recently. With this in mind, we will be moving forward then in holding an Over 30 tournament. Thank you all for your valued inputs. The deadline to submit your team’s intent to join the OVER 30 and UP League will be on Sunday, September 20th. Please reach out to us through FB message or respond to this post.

For interested teams: you’ll get $200 off if you register and pay 50% of the overall registration fee ($2,000) if you pay by September 20th…meaning all you have to pay on the 20th is at least $900 for your team and you can pay the other $900 upon the start of the league. On the other hand, If you register your team late and miss the cutoff to pay, there will be a penalty as well.

Thank you!

HUGE Congratulations to Sinigang Gang for winning the First PASA Co-Ed Volleyball Tournament!!! 🤙🏽🏆🫶🏽🎉🎊

Congratulations to Buko Blockers for a hard fought game as well 🤙🏽🏆🫡🎊

And congrats and THANK YOU to all the teams that joined us for this inaugural league. We in PASA are truly grateful for everyone’s cooperation and willingness to support this league. It’s so refreshing to witness a wonderful sports community come together where the atmosphere is both fun and truly competitive at the same time. Thank you All, and looking forward to the next Volleyball tournament 😁🫶🏽🇺🇸🇵🇭

Last but not the least, huge shoutout to our refs and officials who stepped up (Lind, Dalton, Isaac and the rest of the crew), to the The Arctic Rec Center and Christian Community for providing vital venue and logistics support to this league, especially considering the quick turn around between ideation and ex*****on. 😆

What a Win not just for the entire Filipino Community but also for our Friends in the Anchorage Community writ large.

MARAMING SALAMAT PO!!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🏆🏆🏆

Hello basketball teams! Just a reminder, the deadline for submitting your team’s intent to join over 35+ league is on August 30th. If we can’t reach a minimum of six teams, then we will go back to having an over 30+ basketball league. Thank you!

Clarification to the previous message below: if we do not have enough teams (at least 6) to field and Over 35 league, then we will revert to Over 30. We need interested teams to express their intent Not Later Than 30 August. Thank you!

Hello PASA Fam, we need a quick vote ASAP for the next basketball league. We need your opinion by 30 August and please leave a comment with your vote.

Do you prefer to have an A. Over 30 League or a B. Over 35 League?

No additional comments or explanation needed, just pick A or B.

Thank you very much! 🏀⛹️🇵🇭🇺🇸🤙🏽
