As you all know, our Alaska Chapter won a ️ ⭐ Star Award ️ ⭐ at KBIS this year! (insert applause here) We'd like to take a moment to give thanks and show appreciation to all that were involved in this incredible event. This was a joint effort, so please join us in giving a great big THANK YOU and CONGRATULATIONS to the following: Anchorage Home Builders Association and the Workforce Development Committee, the AK Trades Scholarship, and the Anchorage Home Builders Care Endowment. All of these incredible organizations came together to put on the AK Trades Hiring Expo. We are so grateful for such wonderful partners who are thoroughly invested in the future of this industry and the well-being of those within it. Give yourselves a big pat on the back because this is your 🫵 award too. Thanks again, and cheers to another year of exciting events and collaborations! 👏

NKBA believes in the power of professional development, and one of the most impactful ways we can support emerging kitchen and bath designers is through a formal mentorship experience.

NKBA is proud to launch this new program, NKBA Student Mentor Program, set to run from March 16 to May 15, 2026.

Your 2026 Alaska Chapter Council is planning some great events for this year! We'll be bringing fresh Lunch & Learns for CEU credits and returning favorites like NKBA Trivia and the Parade of Homes Party Bus! We be partnering with Anchorage Home Builders Association to bring you events worth leaving the house for! Events will be posted in the next few weeks and as they are finalized.
