More than a century ago, Juliette Gordon Low saw something powerful in girls: potential.

💚 She believed girls deserved opportunities to try new things, build confidence, develop leadership skills, and make a difference in their communities.

That vision became Girl Scouts, and her legacy lives on every day through the experiences, friendships, and opportunities girls receive today.

In celebration of Juliette Gordon Low’s birthday, help us continue opening doors for new generations of girls to grow, lead, and thrive.

💚 This October, we’re celebrating the legacy of Juliette Gordon Low and the vision that started a movement more than a century ago.

Juliette believed in creating opportunities for girls to discover their strengths, embrace new experiences, build confidence, and become leaders in their communities.

Throughout October, as we celebrate International Day of the Girl on October 11 and Juliette’s birthday on October 31, we’ll honor the girls who continue to carry that vision forward across our council.

Your gift to Girl Scouts of Alaska helps open doors for girls to grow, lead, and make a difference.
