variety of services, educational programs, training, and employment opportunities; and
* promoting community awareness, cooperation, and participation in healthy living, green energy, and preservation of the environment through community events, programs, and activities. Vision:

MISSING JUVENILE 🚨 | PALMER, ALASKA

The Palmer Police Department is requesting public assistance in locating 16-year-old Leightyn Wetherhorn.

Leightyn was last seen on February 9, 2026, at Palmer High School. She does not have phone service, though she may be in an area with access to WiFi. Her last known location and clothing were captured on surveillance footage.

Her current whereabouts are unknown, and timely information is critical.

If you have any information regarding Leightyn’s location, please contact Dispatch at 907-745-4811 immediately. Even a small detail could assist in locating her safely.

Also one extra thought, in the USA, the IRS’s Tax Exempt Organisation Search tells you if your donation would be tax deductible.
