Anchorage Pride, presented by Identity, is the largest LGBTQ+ event in the state, with a week long li Anchorage Pride is presented each June by Identity, Inc.

Identity is an umbrella organization that provides a full range of community services, including support groups, Identity Health Clinic, SAGE, youth programming and annual events. Identity is an Alaska 501[c][3] nonprofit organization.

🌈🎉 Anchorage Pride Parade is Two Weeks Away!

Join us at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 27, as the Anchorage Pride Parade brings nearly 60 groups, colorful floats, community organizations, and 1,000 marchers through downtown Anchorage in celebration of Pride.

Looking for the best viewing spots? 👀

✨ Along 7th Avenue between F Street and G Street near our fabulous emcee Daphne

✨ On the Delaney Park Strip along 9th Avenue between E Street and G Street, where you’ll have a great view of the parade as it enters the park

⏰ Arrive early on 6/27 and grab a good spot and find parking before the crowds arrive!

🚗 Need parking? First Presbyterian Church of Anchorage, located at 616 W. 10th Avenue, is generously offering free parking and use of their building, including restrooms, for parade attendees.

Anchorage Pride Parade favorites Daphne DoAllLaChores and the glamorous Lisa are returning as this year’s parade emcees, and we couldn’t be more excited. Their energy, humor, and commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive celebration help make the Anchorage Pride Parade one of Anchorage’s most beloved community events.

Join Daphne and Lisa at the corner of 7th Avenue and F Street at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 27, as nearly 60 groups fill downtown Anchorage with color, creativity, and of course — Pride!

Today is a heavy day for our community.

We’re heartbroken to learn that Identity Inc. is closing its doors. For nearly five decades, Identity has been a cornerstone of Alaska’s LGBTQ+ community—creating space, building connection, and championing visibility when it mattered most.

Identity didn’t just support Pride—they started it. What we now know as the Anchorage Pride Parade traces its roots back to their leadership, vision, and courage. Because of them, generations of Alaskans have had a place to show up, be seen, and celebrate who they are.

We honor that legacy today.

As we look ahead to this year’s parade, we do so standing on the shoulders of those who came before us—committed to carrying forward the spirit of Pride that Identity helped ignite here in Alaska.
