Shout out to Scoutmaster (Carrie Emory) who is giving her free time - along with Committee Chair Brian Emory, ASM Greg Hobbs, and many other council servants helping Council troop leaders be Trained to serve your Scouts.

It was a big day for many scouts in Troop 230. They accomplished 20 mile hike and 22 mile bike ride to the end of Eklutna Lake. We also spent the last of their energy on community service last night with flag retirements. The scouts all worked together superbly and overcame some self inflicted setbacks. It was a great weekend and we even got some frost points!
