Today’s Memorial Day Remembrance Ceremony was truly beautiful and meaningful as we came together to honor and remember our nation’s heroes. 🇺🇸

A heartfelt thank you to all of our dignitaries, guests, volunteers, and community members who participated and helped make today so special. Thank you to the members of American Legion Anaheim Post 72 and VFW Post 3173 Anaheim, CA for your continued dedication and support in honoring our veterans.

Special thanks to Anaheim Cemetery for hosting and assisting with today’s ceremony, and to the talented students from the Music Story Foundation whose beautiful performance of the National Anthem and TAPS touched everyone in attendance.

Thank you to McDonald for once again doing an amazing job as Master of Ceremonies and helping lead such a respectful and heartfelt program.

We would also like to thank Marilu with y Fantasías Custom Balloons for the beautiful balloon arrangements that added such a special touch to today’s event.

Thank you as well to everyone who supported the Poppy donations, participated in the wreath presentations, and helped bring our community together in remembrance, gratitude, and patriotism.

Today reminded us all of the importance of honoring those who served and sacrificed for our freedom. ❤️🤍

Today was a beautiful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together to honor our veterans. 🇺🇸

A heartfelt THANK YOU to all of the volunteers who came out this morning to help place crosses and flags in remembrance of those who served and sacrificed for our country.

We sincerely appreciate the support and teamwork from our American Legion Anaheim Post 72 members, VFW 3173 members, Saint Catherine’s volunteers, community members, family, and friends who stepped up to help make this possible. Your time, dedication, and willingness to serve means more than words can express.

Please join us on Monday at 11:00 a.m. for our Memorial Day Remembrance Ceremony at Anaheim Cemetery as we come together to honor our nation’s heroes.

Thank you again to everyone who showed up, worked together, and made today meaningful. ❤️🤍

🇺🇸 Memorial Day Weekend Volunteer Opportunity 🇺🇸

American Legion Post 72 will be placing flags and crosses at Anaheim Cemetery this Saturday in preparation for Memorial Day weekend as we honor our nation’s heroes.

We are grateful for the tremendous support from our community, including Scouts, families, volunteers, and Saint Catherine’s military families who will also be assisting on Saturday.
