Harborlites Chorus congratulates Two By Two on their performance on the showcase Saturday night during the Golden West SUI Region 21 Summer Seminar. The quartet debuted back in January at Diva Day 2026 and are going strong. We hope they continue to sing after high school and for years to come.

Harborlites are looking forward to July 10 when our own Molly Gordon will compete with her quartet, Sunset Sound, in the SingUnited International Rising star contest. This contest is open to young women age 25 and under.

Molly, third from left, sings baritone with lead, Natalie Scanaliato, bass Faith Riehm and tenor Sarah Ring. The contest will be held in Tulsa, Ok July 9-11 at A Capella Academy and Queen's College, an educational weekend for singers from all over the organization.

The twins are back! For many years, people watching the chorus would do a double take as Dawn Anne Gladden and Anna Bernhard danced on the chorus front row and performed in many quartets and ensembles. They each stepped away to tend to life events but have visited often and kept in touch. The chorus is so happy to have them back now as active members. Dawn Anne sings tenor and Anna sings baritone.

At Monday night's rehearsal, Harborlites Chorus was thrilled with our new space and would like to extend our gratitude to Patty Cobb Baker for leading an enlightening session on Vocal Gold class highlights. We also celebrated Lee Hays with a birthday song. Come sing with us any Monday evening!

Saturday's rehearsal in our new Orange, CA venue was filled with excitement. We were thrilled to have Joan Boutilier, Janet Schwartz's mother, join us. Patty Cobb Baker's warm-up session got everyone energized, and Erin Howden's coaching on our contest uptune was invaluable. A long-awaited returnee joined our ranks..., more about that soon. The spacious rehearsal space and surrounding eateries will make rehearsals even more enjoyable.
