Join us for: Online Meetup 2: Crash Course in Tone Sandhi, this time with a focus on tones! We will cover tone sandhi, the way in which tones change during speech. We'll review tones and then jump right into it!

Why should you attend? Because learning tone sandhi can help your Teochew sound more natural!

Target Audience: Attendees of part one (remember to brush up on your pengim!!), and those interested in learning about tone sandhi!

Hi everyone, hope you have been well! Thank you all for your support, especially when we haven’t been as active as before. Right now, our team is focused on finding our footing with school, work, and other responsibilities and unable to devote the time and effort we previously had. We want to keep this account and community going – while making sure we don’t burn out.

As a result of our team’s current capacity, there will not be a Gaginang Conference this year. We want to keep the conference going, but we are unable to say when the next conference will be at this time. Please note that donations from our previous conference will be used for future events for this community.

We’ll be doing our best to keep this space alive, so please keep sharing Teochew content, small businesses, and more with us! As we figure out our path moving forward, we want to again thank everyone for their support.
