Every mission needs people who believe in the vision enough to stand beside it, speak for it, and help bring it to life.

Melissa is one of those people.

Her voice, creativity, relationships, and passion for our mission continue to help Tree of New America grow and reach more people. I’m incredibly grateful to call her not only a co-founder, but a partner in this journey.

Community impact happens when leaders and organizations come together with a shared purpose.

We’re thankful for our ongoing partnership with Councilwoman Betty Franco Martinez and her incredible team. Their dedication to the residents of District 5 in Irvine, allows us to reach families where support is needed most. Alongside Mary’s Kitchen Pantry and Seeking Him Outreach, we were honored to serve our community on May 23rd.

Together, we’re making a difference—one family at a time.

“With all our might, we have pushed forward—into our second year—building the right team and doing everything we could with limited resources to bring this vision to life. We are now partnering with southern California cities, we are working with county reps to provide data driven solutions with outcomes, and we have recieved grants from Kroger - Ralphs and Walmart.

Jessica Becerra, Melissa Locke, Eric Wilder, Tyson Whitaker, Cristina Quiles, and Gloria Suess believed in this mission when it mattered most. Now, we have an opportunity to introduce our core IP to the country, with a little luck in Venice Beach during the 2028 Los Angles Olympics. What a rush! Stay tuned!”
