Today is our Michael Sean Wright’s birthday! These 60 years have been filled with a life incomparable, from radio Dj, to filmmaker, music producer, political strategist, humanitarian advocate and now the visionary leader of this incredible program.

Michael, you very rarely take the easy route, but you always take a meaningful one.

I’ve learned so much from Michael about leadership, generosity, relentless hard work and personal sacrifice, and I’m so grateful for our friendship and mission. There’s so much to who you are and what you do that most people never see.

I’ve only been around for a tenth of those 60 years, but there’s been a whole lifetime adventures, victories, losses tears and laughter, a few stories we probably should never tell, and so many more that we will tell in order to move the world towards kindness. I’m grateful for every minute of our friendship, even the times where we’ve driven each other to the edge. I can’t imagine what my life would have been without you in it, and I know you have changed and saved the lives of many.

Here’s to another 60 years Michael Sean.
