🏈πŸ”₯ GET READY FOR THE CIRCLE OF CHAMPIONS FLAG FOOTBALL CAMP! πŸ”₯🏈

Youth athletes from across the community are invited to join us for the upcoming Circle of Champions Flag Football Camp at the Anadarko Track Field, happening June 8th–10th from 9 AM–1 PM!

This FREE co-ed camp is open to boys and girls ages 6–18 and is designed to help young athletes improve their football skills, build confidence, develop teamwork, and learn leadership both on and off the field.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn from an incredible lineup of coaches and mentors, including Coach Richard Brewer (Oglala Lakota), who brings more than 25 years of collegiate coaching experience from Haskell Indian Nations University.

We are also excited to welcome special guest Papi White (Chickasaw/Seminole/Creek), former professional wide receiver and kick returner, who played for the Jacksonville Jaguars, Tennessee Titans, and Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the CFL.

Campers can expect:

● Skill development and drills

● Team-building activities

● Positive mentorship

● Fun and competitive games

● Snacks and drinks provided daily

This event is free and open to the public, making it a great opportunity for youth to stay active, meet new friends, and grow as athletes and leaders in a positive environment.

The Anadarko Community Library has some VERY exciting news to share! 🚌✨

The Rolling Thunder Book Bus is rolling into town on Thursday, May 28th, from 2:00PM to 3:00PM! Thanks to American Fidelity, the Book Bus will be parked in the West Parking Lot between the library and the movie theater for a fun-filled afternoon of books, smiles, and excitement for the community!

The Rolling Thunder Book Bus will be giving away FREE books primarily for Kindergarten through 5th grade readers, but everyone is welcome to stop by, explore the bus, and join in on the fun! πŸ“–β€οΈ

Bring the kids, invite your friends, and come help us give the Rolling Thunder Book Bus a BIG Anadarko welcome! This is an event you won’t want to miss!

πŸͺ¦πŸŒΏ Help Us Prepare Rock Springs Cemetery for Decoration Day 🌿πŸͺ¦

This Saturday, May 23 from 9:00 AM–Noon, we’ll be coming together to clean and prepare Rock Springs Cemetery in honor of Decoration Day on Monday, May 25.

This effort is about more than cleaning up the cemeteryβ€”it’s about showing respect, preserving memories, and making sure the cemetery is beautiful and cared for as families gather for Decoration Day. ❀️

We need all the helping hands we can get!

🧀 Please wear sturdy shoes and outdoor work clothes.
πŸ›  Bring any tools you can, including:
rakes, w**d eaters, mowers, blowers, shovels, gloves, loppers, hedge trimmers, soft bristle brushes, distilled water, and more.

⚠️ Watch out for stickers and fire ants.

🍽 Lunch will be served at the Community Building following the cleanup, and side dishes are welcome if you’d like to contribute.

Let’s come together Saturday and make Rock Springs Cemetery beautiful for Decoration Day. 🌾
