Scam alert:
We have not opened registration yet for the Holiday Bazaar. Someone is using my name and SPOA's event to scam people.

Our form is always checked to ensure that it was filled out by an SPOA member, and we collect money after the form is received, not at the time of registration.

We do not charge $50 to sell crafts here.

There are far too many scams and scammers out there right now. You can never be too careful. Call or walk into the office to verify it is legitimate if you ever have a doubt. Maybe even if you don't have any doubts.

Spread the word and report scams.

The community-wide garage/yard sale is happening tomorrow and Saturday from 9 am - 2 pm! The printed maps will be available on the clubhouse front door tomorrow at 9 am.

You still have time to sign up for the Community Garage/Yard Sale! Sign up by 9 a.m. on Tuesday, July 9th, to have your address included on the map and list!

I will email all participants with the map and list by Thursday afternoon so you can share them on your social media accounts and with your friends, family, and neighbors.

A half-page ad has been submitted to the Clamdigger for next Thursday's edition.

This is an opportunity for you to learn more and share your thoughts about amending the bylaws regarding the purchase or sale of any SPOA property.

Tonight, at 6 pm, at the Clubhouse.

Click the link below for the proposed wording change. This verbiage will require more ownership votes to approve either selling or purchasing SPOA-owned property.
