2023 Anaconda Students Cow Pie Bingo Fundraiser Official Rules
1. Winning square wins one-half the total ticket sale proceeds.
2. The purchase price of one ticket is $20.00
4. All tickets once completed and paid for are considered a final sale. No refunds.
7. If less than 484 tickets are sold; the cash prize awarded to the winning square will be one-half the total ticket sale proceeds.

Players/Ticket holders must be 18 or older to purchase a ticket and/or win a prize.
9. Player/Ticket holder need not be present to win.
10. The winning Player/Ticket holder is responsible for all associated Federal and State income taxes and will be required to complete all necessary government reporting forms to the satisfaction of the Anaconda Community Foundation/Anaconda Class Student Fund prior to receiving award winnings.
11. The winning Player/Ticket holder consents the posting of their name as the game winner on the 2023 Anaconda Students Cow Pie Bingo Fundraiser, Face Book Page.
12. For each ticket sold, the ticket number will be randomly drawn and paired with a square number. For example, ticket number 86 could end up with square number 409. The ticket numbers will be posted to the a master grid which shall be comprised of the number of tickets sold for the event. The master grid will be available for viewing on the page and on the day of the event at the game site.
13. The actual grid area will be clearly marked with all squares being of the same approximate shape and size. Spectators/ticket holders must not interfere with the progress of the event.
14. At approximately 4 p.m. on the day of the event, a cow will be led into the grid area by an impartial appropriate handler who will lead the cow in a consistent and continuous pattern up and down each row of squares until a cow pie lands on a square or the time allotment of 2 hours has expired. Upon completion of a cow pie landing or time allotment, the Event Judge (who is not allowed to participate in the raffle) will determine the results. If there is no cow pie by 6:00, the winner will be determined by a drawing.
15. The square containing the biggest volume of cow pie as determined by the Event Judge will be the event winner.
16. If a cow pie lands on a square which is determined to be an “unsold” square, the winner will be the closest “sold” square in proximity to the cow pie.
17. Any disputes or claims must be registered with the Event Judge.
18. The results or decision of the Event Judge will be publicly posted on the event’s face book page
19. The results or decision of the Event Judges is FINAL.
20. All Ticket holders herby expressly agree to these rules as posted upon purchase of a ticket.
21. The rules of this event as posted here shall govern the event in its entirety.
22. The Anaconda Class Student Fund and the Event Judge shall be the final arbiter of any disputes resulting from this event.
